Your profile
- Experience in PLC programming of machine tools
- Expertise in the field of PLC programming Siemens Simatic STEP7/TIA and Siemens SINUMERIK ONE incl. HMI interfaces
- Experience in the field of machine tool construction
- Willingness to learn and interest in further training
- Sound knowledge of control and regulation technology
- Good written and spoken English, business fluent German
- Independent, reliable, conscientious and precise way of working
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience and a high level of commitment
Your tasks
- Programming and development of PLC / NC / PLC programs for 5-axis machining centres
- Commissioning of machine tools
- Integration of automation concepts into the control system
- Development of NC cycles
- Project planning (creation of technical documentation, order and production documents, etc.)
- Cooperative collaboration with neighbouring specialist departments such as design and development
- Active support in the co-development and expansion of the product portfolio
- Develop and implement measures to optimise production and quality
