In the area of material provision, there is a choice between pallets, mesh boxes, Euro boxes or table tops. In the area of material detection, there is the classic fixed positioning or 2-D/3-D camera detection.

With top values in mean time between failure and a reduced number of components in the complete modular system, the series sets standards on the market in terms of TCO. ESD PROTECTED
The MAIROFlex iisy is protected against uncontrolled electrostatic charging or discharging as standard and is therefore equipped for the safe handling of sensitive electronic components.
Gripper system with Match robot module
With the Match robot module, Zimmer offers an END-OF-ARM ECOSYSTEM for grippers. By installing the Match robot module on the MAIROFlex iisy, you have a wide range of grippers available for the quick-change system.
Whether parallel gripper, vacuum or magnetic gripper - change in seconds according to your application. We also offer the MATCH storage station for automated gripper changing. The SCM (Smart Communication Module) from Zimmer offers you the option of programming and configuring your grippers as required. Expand your MAIROFlex iisy with a wide range of options.
Grid Pattern and Force Control
Simplify your programming of pick and place, for example, with Grid Pattern. Easily programme an entire grid by adding just a few points and parameters. MAIROFlex iisy then calculates how many rows and components you want to handle. Stacking several layers is also no problem. Force control allows you to move slowly to certain points until collision and the robot recognises the end position independently using the force sensors. The forces are freely programmable. This helps when inserting parts, when searching for new levels and components or when picking up new points for further processing.
