KUKA Triple Lift
The KUKA Triple Lift is a mobile lifting platform for working at heights of up to eight metres. The Triple Lift can be infinitely adjusted using hydraulic telescopic cylinders. It is also very stable at great heights. This allows you to work with maximum safety at all times.
KUKA Triple Lift: extremely strong and flexible
Anyone who opts for the KUKA Triple Lift has a platform with extreme rigidity at their side. Thanks to the telescopic cylinders, there are hardly any fluctuations.
Despite the considerable dead load, you can move the platform in any direction from a standing position, even at maximum load - and with millimetre precision. You operate the platform via radio control and can stand next to or on the platform.
The KUKA Triple Lift has been specially developed for Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, or MRO for short. The vehicle is used for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft, especially wide-bodied aircraft such as the A380.

Its hydraulic telescopic arms allow it to move steplessly to any working position. The KUKA Triple Lift reaches its maximum lifting height of up to eight metres in 120 seconds.
Precise
Thanks to the omnidirectional Mecanum wheel technology, the mobile platform achieves a positioning accuracy of +/- 5 mm despite high load capacities.
Safe
The Triple Lift fulfils all the safety standards required for lifting work platforms. In the event of collisions, the optional bumpers with safety edges guarantee a safe standstill. Additional safety is provided by the dual-channel speed monitoring system.
Stable
Thanks to its specially designed three-arm lifting mechanism, the KUKA Triple Lift achieves enormous stability and rigidity with a payload of up to 1,000 kilograms - guaranteeing efficient and safe working.
Flexible
Navigate the mobile lifting platform according to individual preferences or working conditions - by radio remote control, directly on or next to the stage.
