KR DELTA in hygienic design

Thanks to its stainless steel body, the KR DELTA is ideally equipped for hygienically sensitive requirements and areas, such as direct contact with food, medicines or electronic components. The robot's corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing is designed in accordance with German LFGB and US FDA food standards and also fulfils the European CE certification, the American UL certification and the German TÜV safety function certification. The robot is protected against dust and moisture in accordance with IP 67 and can therefore also be cleaned under high pressure and with alkaline or acidic cleaning agents.

Large workspace

The robot for automated pick & place tasks works reliably in a cylindrical work area with a height of 250 mm and a diameter of 1,200 mm.

Small footprint

The ceiling-mounted 4-axis robot has an installation area of 350 mm in diameter.

Flexible flange

The flange is suitable for easy mounting of a wide variety of tools.

High speed

Extremely short cycle times of up to 0.5 seconds are possible.
