KUKA omniMove is our transport platform for heavy loads. Simply move it into the right position - in the tightest of spaces and with millimetre precision. The KUKA omniMove also offers you a high degree of freedom of movement, simply controlled with a remote control.
KUKA omniMove: autonomous and highly flexible
Simply drive under and lift: The KUKA omniMove mobile heavy-duty platform transports your XXL loads with ease. The heavy-duty AGV can be controlled manually, but can also move autonomously. Despite its enormous dimensions and payloads, it navigates safely and moves almost autonomously. As an option, you can add a self-sufficient power supply.
With specially developed wheels, the mobile heavy-duty platform can move in all directions - even from a standing position. The sophisticated KUKA.NavigationSolution navigation system ensures autonomous manoeuvring without the risk of collision and artificial ground markings. In a kind of modular system, the KUKA omniMove can be freely scaled in size, width and length - entirely according to your individual requirements.

Depending on the vehicle variant, the KUKA omniMove moves even the heaviest components in XXL format safely and comfortably. It can handle payloads of up to 90 tonnes and - in the maximum version - up to 30 metres in length.
